KOCHI Japanese BBQ and Beer

Pretty awesome place! This is coming from someone who doesn’t frequent Japanese BBQ places (I’m more of a sushi person). My family, boyfriend, and I came here for my sister’s birthday. I’m very glad we did! It was a very pleasant environment, the attention and service was good too (except for a couple of items we ordered that never arrived lol, hence the 4 instead of five stars). But it’s ok, we all still had a great time and very fresh, great quality food. Thank you guys for everything (:

We went to the newly opened KOCHI Japanese BBQ and Beer in Niagara Falls, and here’s my take on it. The main difference between Japanese BBQ and, say, Korean BBQ is that Korean BBQ tends to lean sweet — meats are often marinated. So it was a refreshing change to enjoy the meat's natural flavor on its own. We really liked the quality of the meats and the Japanese dipping spice. Unfortunately, the okazu (small side plates) were all a miss and quite disappointing. The service, on the other hand, was very good and attentive, even though they did forget one dish. We were hoping for iPad ordering (like some other Japanese BBQ spots), but no luck there. Parking is a bit tight — just a heads-up to stay alert when pulling in and around back. Saluti

Very good Japanese Grill. The food was very tasty, the place is very clean and spacious. You can choose between all-you-can-eat menu and per piece menu. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is our third time returning to Kochi and every time we have had an excellent experience. Service is friendly and fast, food is delicious, and atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Our server, Nicholas was exceptional and very polite! We celebrated a birthday and half of the restaurant was singing along with the servers and beloved robot. We hope to make more memories at Kochi! I highly recommend the BBQ side! It's lively and a great way to bond with your loved ones.

Delicious Food – there have a lot of varierty menus. I love the Bibimbap were perfectly good. The accompanying sauces added, taste so good. . Great Variety japannes grills inspired dishes, with plenty of options for vegetarians as well. . Excellent Service, to Winston and Lindsay. All The staff was friendly, attentive, and happy to make recommendations. . Nice Ambiance, The interior is stylish but relaxed, making it great for both casual dinners and family gatherings. . We love it.

Absolutely a must-go restaurant! Me and my friend went there on a weekday for lunch, with 10% welcome-discount, we paid about 35 bucks per person for All-You-Can-Eat menu. The meat came with different sauces, on average they were all very good, just gotta be careful some meat with a lot sauce on it would taste a bit salty. I also ordered some sides and they were all tasty. Already can’t wait to try their dinner menu next time! And the interior design is awesome, too. The servers there were all very friendly and helpful, they’re doing an excellent job! Btw, it belongs to Wind Group, so you’ll see it kinda shares the similar style and atmosphere as Wind. Fantastic!

I recently visited Kochi for the first time and had a great experience. The self-cook concept was really fun and made the meal feel interactive and engaging. Our server, Davis, was outstanding, super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing I would change is the size of the eating plates, they’re a bit too small and don’t hold much, which made it a little inconvenient. That aside, everything was fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very tasty and well marinated items. Good selection and variety. The meats are sliced so thin. It will cook quickly. Service is quick. The kitchen is quick. Servers are very tentative. The interior design is amazing. There is a very nice bar inside. Lots of TVs and tables without grills for you to enjoy some beers and enjoy the game. Clean facility. Clean washrooms. No credit card surcharge. Prices are very high. No Free WiFi.
